Do you work with clients in the USA?
Yes. We build websites, web apps, software, integrations and SEO campaigns for US businesses. Projects run remotely by video call, email and chat, and we can quote and invoice in USD.
Which countries do you work with?
We are based in British Columbia, Canada, and work with clients across Canada, the United States and other countries. If you can meet by video call in English, we can work together.
How do you handle time zones?
We work on Pacific Time, which overlaps with business hours across North America. For clients in Europe, the Middle East, India and Australia we schedule calls in the overlapping morning or evening window and share progress in writing between calls.
What currencies can I pay in?
We quote and invoice in CAD or USD. Online payments are taken by card through Stripe, and other currencies can be arranged.
Can you handle taxes for my country or state?
Yes. Our e-commerce and ordering systems calculate Canadian GST, PST and HST by province, US sales tax by state, and can be set up for VAT or GST in other countries.
